Gene proudly displaying his hammers

The collection below is of a dedicated tool collector who loves his tools. Gene “The Tool Man” has been collecting hammers, planes, saws,

any other old tool you can think of for many years. He is a proud member of several of the fine tool clubs. Gene has dedicated most of

his life to his tools and loves to share information on each of them. Gene has the education of an Industrial Engineer, Tool maker, and also owned his own machine shop. Let me tell you he loved tools so much he shared his knowledge as a teacher for a major University machine shop school. He proudly displays all his tools in what I call Gene's Tool Museum. Every item is museum quality and every tool deserves its own page and description in a book. Gene collected most tools by attending antique tool shows and flea markets. One of his pride and joys is a Stanley number 1 which he proudly displays. number 1 which he proudly displays.

This collection is what some of us tool buffs only dream about. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so I took many. The pictures still can't describe the beauty and craftsmanship of each one of these old tools. Gene has graciously shared his once in a lifetime collection

for others to view on this website. Look closely at each picture; I don’t believe you will ever see such an exquisite collection in one place. Please note none of these tools are for sale and are for viewing only. Again there are many pictures and if you have a slow internet connection I believe it will be well worth your wait for you to view these tools. I would like to thank you Gene for sharing your tools with all of us.
